Terms of Service for Givemeshifts

Welcome to Givemeshifts. By accessing or using our automated shift-grabbing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with Givemeshifts, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Nature of Service

Givemeshifts provides an automation tool designed to monitor and claim available shifts ("overflows") on third-party gig economy platforms.

  • No Guarantee: While our technology is designed for speed, we do not guarantee that you will secure any specific number of shifts.

  • Platform Independence: Givemeshifts is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with SkipTheDishes or any other gig platform.

3. User Responsibility & Risk

You acknowledge that using automation tools may violate the Terms of Service of the gig platforms you work for.

  • Account Safety: You assume all risk regarding your gig platform account. Givemeshifts is not responsible for account warnings, suspensions, or deactivations resulting from the use of this tool.

  • Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Givemeshifts login and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Fees: Use of Givemeshifts may require a subscription or per-use fee. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard; however, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Givemeshifts software.

  • Share their account access with other individuals.

  • Use the service in a way that causes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Givemeshifts and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or account termination on third-party platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the last 30 days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address provided during registration. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
